Mumbai Passenger Reservation System (PRS) Downtime for maintenance on 7.3.2021
Mumbai, 05 March 2021: Mumbai PRS will have a power block from intervening night of 6/7.3.2021 i.e. from 23.45 hrs on 6.3.2021 to 06.00 hrs on 7.3.2021 for electrical maintenance and to provide additional power to Server.
Due to the shutdown, PRS, Coaching refund, Current ticket booking, Chart preparation, NTES, IVERS, Refund, Chart display, Touchscreen, NTES display and other services will not be available from 23.45 hrs of 6.3.2021 to 06.00 hrs of 7.3.2021.
Internet booking for Mumbai PRS trains will not be available during this period however refunds will be given as per extant refund rules.
The System will be available for all activity from 06.00 hrs onwards.
Passengers/Rail users are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for this important electrical maintenance work.
