337 Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

Mumbai, 19th April, 2021: SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.

 

Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited became the 337th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on April 19, 2021Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited came out with an initial public offering of 24,90,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs.20 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. 4.98 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 07, 2021.

 

Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited is a Chennai based company whose registered office is at Tamilnadu, Chennai. The company engaged in the business of trading and supplying of spices, masala and dry fruits. They ensure that right quantity and quality of their products reach the markets in timely manner.

So far, 98 companies have migrated to the main board. The 337 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3497.52 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 337 companies as on April 19, 2021 is Rs. 22,375.96 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 percent.

 

The response since the launch of this platform by BSE has been very positive till date.
