Sikhs in Navi Mumbai Observe ‘Shahidi Week’ to Honor Chaar Sahibzaade and Mata Gujariji

Mumbai, 23rd December 2024: Sikhs in Navi Mumbai marked ‘Shahidi Week’ with a special event at CBD Belapur to honour the martyrs Chaar Sahibzaade and Mata Gujariji.

The event, organized by the Supreme Council of Navi Mumbai Gurudwaras, took place at the Langar Hall of Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha.

The evening concluded with the serving of Guru Ka Langar, reflecting the values of service and unity. During the programme, Bal Malkiat Singh, Executive Chairman of the Maharashtra State Punjabi Sahitya Academy, provided updates on forthcoming initiatives by the Maharashtra State Punjabi Sahitya Academy, the Sikh Coordination Committee, and the Maharashtra State Minorities Commission.
