Located at Pedder Road, the NMIC is a must-visit for movie buffs, culture lovers, and anyone looking to explore a lesser-known side of Mumbai. The museum is housed in two contrasting buildings — the elegant 19th-century heritage bungalow Gulshan Mahal, and a sleek, modern glass structure. Open from 11 AM to 6 PM, the museum offers audio-guided tours priced at ₹165 for Indian citizens above 13 and ₹40 for those below. Foreign visitors pay ₹600 and ₹250, respectively. Guided tours are also available at ₹236 for Indian citizens and ₹1,180 for foreign nationals. Tickets can be booked online for added convenience.
