Mega Block on July 13: 50+ Train Services Affected Between Vidyavihar–Thane and Kurla–Vashi

Mumbai, 12th July 2025: Central Railway, Mumbai Division will operate a Mega Block on Sunday, July 13, 2025, on the 5th and 6th lines between Vidyavihar and Thane stations on the Main Line and on both UP and DOWN Harbour lines between Kurla and Vashi stations to undertake critical engineering and maintenance works.

Block Timings and Affected Sections:

Main Line (5th & 6th lines): Vidyavihar–Thane from 08:00 hrs to 13:30 hrs

Harbour Line (UP & DOWN): Kurla–Vashi from 11:10 hrs to 16:10 hrs

DOWN services from CSMT to Vashi/Belapur/Panvel between 10:34 hrs and 15:36 hrs will remain cancelled.

UP services from Vashi/Belapur/Panvel to CSMT between 10:16 hrs and 15:47 hrs will remain cancelled.

Alternate Arrangements:

Special suburban trains to operate between CSMT–Kurla and Panvel–Vashi during block hours.

Harbour Line passengers allowed to travel via Thane–Vashi/Nerul between 10:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs using valid tickets.

Passengers are advised to check train schedules in advance and plan their travel accordingly on July 13.
