Mumbai: 14-Year-Old School Girl Found Pregnat, Case Registered Against 16-Year-Old Boy
Dombivli, 6th August 2023: A 14-year-old girl was lured into a love trap and raped by a 16-year-old boy. In this, the girl remained pregnant for two months.
The shocking incident came to light when she was admitted to the hospital due to stomach pains. A case has been registered in Shil Daighar police station and the minor has been detained by the police.
According to information received from the sources, the 14-year-old victim resides in Shil Daighar police station (Thane Police) limits and is studying in a school. The minor student who is in police custody is studying in a college in the same area.
For the past few months, the two became acquainted and became friends. Later, the love relationship between the two started. After that, both of them used to meet each other on the occasion of going to school-college. But both of their families were not aware of their love affair.
When her family took her to the hospital for treatment, it was revealed that the victim was two months pregnant. After that, when the family inquired about her, she narrated the incident.
Meanwhile, on the complaint of the victim girl, a case was registered on Friday, August 4, under various sections including harassment of minor students and POCSO. The police have taken the accused boy into custody and further investigation is underway.
