Mumbai Police Provide High Security To Actor Salman Khan Following Death Threats
Mumbai, 20th March 2023: Actor Salman Khan has received a death threat. A young man named Rohit Garg has sent an e-mail to Salman Khan’s close associate. The e-mail refers to a recent interview with jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnoi claimed in an interview, “My life’s goal is to kill Salman Khan.” After receiving this threat, Mumbai Police has taken an important step.
Bandra police in Mumbai have registered a case under sections 506 (2), 120 (b) and 34. Also, the police increased the security around Salman Khan’s house after this threatening mail was received. Mumbai Police has provided Y+ security to Salman Khan as his life is in danger.
Actor Salman Khan had received similar threats before. At that time the Maharashtra government had taken similar steps. Now the police have taken notice of this matter and registered a case. Security around Salman Khan’s house has also been increased.
Salman Khan’s close aide Prashant Gunjalkar was sent a threatening e-mail on Saturday by a man named Rohit Garg. Salman Khan’s team filed a police complaint against suspected accused Rohit Garg, Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi.
According to the complaint filed by Salman Khan’s team, accused Rohit Garg wrote in an e-mail that notorious goon Goldie Brar wanted to speak to Salman Khan. It also refers to a recent interview with Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnoi said that killing Salman Khan was his life’s goal.
“Goldie Brar wants to speak to your boss (Salman Khan). He must have seen the interview with gangster Bishnoi. If Salman has not seen that interview, ask him to see it. Let Salman Khan talk to Goldie Brar if this matter is to be closed once and for all. If he wants to talk face-to-face, let them know. This time we have informed you on time. Next time we will push directly,” the mail reads.
