Mumbai–Prayagraj Gets 44 Special Trains for Holi and Summer Travel Surge

Mumbai, 13th February 2026: 44 Weekly Special Trains Between LTT and Prayagraj Announced to Manage Passenger Rush

Railways will operate 44 weekly special train services between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT), Mumbai and Prayagraj to clear the extra rush of passengers from February to July 2026.

According to the schedule, Train No. 04102 LTT–Prayagraj Weekly Special will depart Lokmanya Tilak Terminus every Tuesday at 16:55 hrs from 17 February 2026 to 14 July 2026 and will reach Prayagraj at 17:00 hrs the next day. The service will run for 22 trips, including four extra special services from 17.02.2026 to 24.02.2026 and 07.04.2026 to 14.04.2026, five Holi special services from 03.03.2026 to 31.03.2026, and 13 summer special services from 21.04.2026 to 14.07.2026.

In the return direction, Train No. 04101 Prayagraj–LTT Weekly Special will depart Prayagraj every Monday at 18:00 hrs from 16 February 2026 to 13 July 2026 and arrive at LTT at 14:55 hrs the following day. This train will also operate 22 trips, including four extra special services from 16.02.2026 to 23.02.2026 and 06.04.2026 to 13.04.2026, five Holi special services from 02.03.2026 to 30.03.2026, and 13 summer special services from 20.04.2026 to 13.07.2026.

The trains will halt at Kalyan, Igatpuri (only for 04102), Nashik, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna and Manikpur en route.

Each train will comprise one AC 2-Tier coach, four AC 3-Tier coaches, nine Sleeper Class coaches, eight General Second Class coaches and two Second Seating coaches with Luggage-cum-Guard’s Brake Van.

Bookings for Train No. 04102 will open on 14 February 2026 at computerised reservation centres and on the IRCTC website within the Advanced Reservation Period (ARP). Bookings for journeys beyond ARP will open on the corresponding subsequent dates. Unreserved coach tickets will be available through the UTS system, while detailed timings at halts can be checked on the NTES platform and official railway enquiry website.
