Rani Mukerji’s ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’ Collects ₹2.26 Crore In 2 Days

Mumbai, 19th March 2023: On March 17 (Friday), Mrs Chatterjee Vs. Norway, a film by Rani Mukerji, will be released in theatres.

The film is inspired by true events and is directed by Ashima Chibber. It depicts the tale of a mother who battles a whole nation to regain custody of her kids.

Mrs Chatterjee Vs. Norway made Rs. 1.27 crore nett on its opening day. However, overall reservations increased by 78% on the second day, totalling Rs 2.26 crore.

Mumbai, Mysuru, and Delhi contributed more than 100% of the increase, and West Bengal contributed 90%. The movie’s two-day worldwide gross has surpassed Rs 7.77 crore.

The movie follows a mother’s battle with Norway’s judicial system and her transformation from a submissive mother to a role model for women all around the world.
