Rashmika Mandanna’s Close Call: Flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad Makes Emergency Landing

Mumbai, 18th February 2024: Popular actress Rashmika Mandanna recently faced a harrowing experience as the flight she was on, travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad, had to make an emergency landing due to a reported technical glitch and extreme turbulence. The incident prompted Rashmika to share a post on Instagram, describing the ordeal and expressing gratitude for escaping what she referred to as a brush with death.

In the Instagram Stories post shared on Saturday, Rashmika posted a picture alongside actor Shraddha Das, with a caption that read, “Just FYI, this is how we escaped death today.” According to a report by Deccan Chronicle, the Air Vistara flight, carrying Rashmika Mandanna, Shraddha, and other passengers, encountered extreme turbulence and a technical glitch during the journey. Despite the unnerving situation, no injuries were reported among the passengers.

The flight, en route from Mumbai to Hyderabad, turned back to Mumbai after approximately 30 minutes due to an unforeseen technical issue. Fortunately, the swift response of the flight crew ensured the safety of all on board.

Rashmika, who was recently in Mumbai for the recording of Neha Dhupia’s chat show No Filter Neha, is set to appear in the show’s sixth season alongside other prominent guests. Her upcoming film, “Pushpa: The Rule,” with Allu Arjun, is eagerly awaited and scheduled for release on August 15.

Despite this alarming incident, Rashmika Mandanna continues to ride the wave of success from her recent action film “Animal,” co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor. The film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, garnered significant acclaim and success in 2023, with rumours circulating about a potential sequel titled “Animal Park,” in which Ranbir Kapoor might have a double role.
