This new initiative will take place on the third Monday of each month at the zonal level. Citizens wishing to raise complaints during the session must submit them at least 15 days in advance, with the deadline for the upcoming session set for March 3, according to an official TMC statement.
Grievance submission locations:
– Zone 1 (Kalwa, Mumbra, Diva): Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kalwa Ward Committee Office, Kalwa

Grievance redressal process:
Citizens should first submit their complaints during the Zonal Democracy Day. If no resolution is achieved during the session, they can escalate the issue by submitting it 15 days before the Municipal Democracy Day session.
