Mumbai, 17th September 2024: In a significant move within the HR sector, Subrata Kumar Saha, an accomplished HR professional, has transitioned from his pivotal role at the Times of India Group to join the prestigious Ambuja Neotia Group. Saha will now serve as the Head of HR and Senior General Manager – Human Resources of the Kolkata-based conglomerate.
Ambuja Neotia Group, a highly respected entity led by visionary entrepreneur Harshavardhan Neotia, is recognized for its diverse business interests spanning real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and education. In his previous role as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at the Times of India, Saha played a key role in streamlining HR processes and fostering a collaborative work culture. A graduate of the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations (HRM & LR), Saha is widely recognized for his expertise in driving productivity, cultural transformation, and cost-saving initiatives. His focus on business-centric HR strategies has consistently contributed to organizational growth in matrix structures.
Subrata Saha has been lauded with multiple accolades, including the “Top HR Minds” award by the World HRD Congress and the “Outstanding Leadership in HR” award from the School of Design & Media.
