Thane: Devotees Embark on Foot Journey to Ayodhya, Maharashtra CM Boosts Morale

Mira Bhayandar, 10th December 2023: In a remarkable display of devotion, approximately 300 Ram devotees from the city of Mira Bhayandar have set out on a pilgrimage to Ayodhya on foot. The initiative, led by Mira Bhayander city MLA Pratap Sarnaik, aims to reach Ayodhya on January 22, coinciding with the inauguration of the Ram temple. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde joined the devotees at Mira Road, encouraging and supporting them for a smooth journey.
The devotees, embarking on a 47-day journey, marked the commencement of their pilgrimage with a special program at Saganai Naka on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highways. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, recognizing the significance of the pilgrimage, interacted with the Ram devotees to uplift their spirits.
Expressing his happiness, Chief Minister Shinde acknowledged that the dream of Balasaheb Thackeray has been realized with the construction of the Ram Mandir, thanks to the efforts led by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He commended the positive initiatives undertaken by the Modi government, garnering appreciation for the country globally. Shinde conveyed that the slogan “Ghar Ghar Modi” has now transformed into “Mann Mann Modi,” emphasizing the unity and support for the Prime Minister. Furthermore, he asserted that the country has now become a single Ram State (Ram Rajya).
