Thane, 28th December 2023: In a morning mishap on Thursday, an oil tanker overturned near the Patlipada bridge on Ghodbunder Road, Thane, causing minor injuries to the driver and a temporary disruption in traffic flow. Thane Municipal authorities reported that the incident occurred at 6:12 am.
The oil tanker, en route from Kolhapur to Vapi in Gujarat, was transporting re-refined lubricating oil when the accident transpired. The driver, who sustained minor injuries in the incident, was promptly rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
