Mumbai: Western Railway Announces Holi Special Trains for Ahmedabad-Madgaon Route via Vasai Road
Mumbai, 7th March 2024: In preparation for the festive season and to accommodate the travel demand, Western Railway has announced the operation of Holi Special Trains on a special fare between Ahmedabad and Madgaon via Vasai Road station. The Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Sumit Thakur, released details of the special trains as follows:
Train No. 09412/09411 Ahmedabad – Madgaon Special Train (Via – Vasai Road) [4 Trips]
– Train No. 09412 Ahmedabad – Madgaon Special will depart from Ahmedabad on 19th & 26th March 2024 at 09.30 hrs. and will reach Madgaon at 05.30 hrs. the next day.
– Similarly, Train No. 09411 Madgaon – Ahmedabad Special will depart from Madgaon on 20th & 27th March 2024 at 08.00 hrs. and will reach Ahmedabad at 07.00 hrs. the next day.
The train will make stops at Vadodara, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavli, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, and Karmali stations in both directions.
The train will consist of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second Class coaches. Booking for Train No. 09412 will open from 8th March 2024 at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) Counters and on the IRCTC website.
