Uddhav Thackeray wanted to resign from the post of Chief Minister, what happened that the whole plan changed?

Mumbai, 27th June 2022: Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had made up his mind to resign amid the ongoing political turmoil in Maharashtra. He had also announced on Facebook Live on June 22 that he would resign if even a single Shiv Sena MLA was not satisfied with him.

He shifted to Matoshree after taking his belongings from the Chief Minister’s residence Varsha. What happened after that that he changed his mind? In fact, sources say that Uddhav Thackeray has made up his mind to resign not once but twice. But he was stopped from doing so.

It is being said that there is no one else to stop him but NCP chief Sharad Pawar. Sharad Pawar has held meetings with Uddhav Thackeray many times in the midst of this crisis and has explained to him. Was Uddhav in touch with BJP too? Sources say that Uddhav Thackeray was also in touch with BJP leaders to deal with this crisis.

On June 22, he was due to resign after visiting the memorial of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray. In his Facebook Live, he had clearly said that he had made up his mind to resign. After a few hours, he came out of the rain and left.

Rebel MLA Deepak Kesarkar has claimed that Sharad Pawar is running with a gun on Sanjay Raut’s shoulder and is working to mutilate Uddhav Thackeray.

Farewell party was also prepared

Uddhav Thackeray made up his mind to announce his resignation again the next day. He even called the officers for his farewell. But the top leader once again stopped them. Even before Uddhav Thackeray came in front of the media, Sharad Pawar explained to him. Sources say that Pawar told them that instead of taking decisions in haste, one should go with strategy.
