Weekly Special Train Between Mumbai And Gorakhpur

Mumbai, February 26, 2021: According to a release issued by Public Relations Department, Central Railway, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai, Central Railway has decided to run weekly special trains between Mumbai and Gorakhpur, details of which are as follows: –

From 03.3.2021 till next order, 01081 Weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Mumbai) at 16.40 hrs on every Wednesday and reach Gorakhpur at 02.00 hrs on the third day.

01082 Weekly special will leave from Gorakhpur at 16.05 hrs on every Friday and will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 23.45 hrs the next day till 05.3.2021.

The trains will halt at Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi (for 01082 only), Pipariya, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Pratapraj Chhiwki, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Aunihar, Mau, Bhatni and Deoria Sadar (for both)

The trains will consist of 1 AC-2 Tier, 4 AC-3 Tier, 12 sleeper class, and 3 second class seating cars. Booking for fully reserved special train number 01081 will start from 28.02.2021 on all computerized reservation centers and website www.irctc.co.in at normal fare. Only confirmed passengers are allowed to travel on these special trains. Passengers are advised to abide by all the norms, SOPs related to COVID19 during boarding, journey, and at the arrival of destination.
