Mumbai: Four People Apprehended By Police Over Murder Of 24-Year-Old In Violent Brawl At Trombay Area Of Mumbai

Trombay, 3rd August 2023: A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death by four men who objected to one of them being friends with his sister. The unfortunate incident took place on Monday, July 31, in the Trombay area of Mumbai. Trombay police have arrested a total of four persons, including a minor, in this matter, and the police are conducting further investigations in this matter.

The deceased person, identified as a Malik sheikh, was living with his family at Cheetah Camp in the Trombay area. One day he saw his sister while talking with one of her male friends, who was also living in the same area. Disapproving of her sister being friends with that boy, Malik immediately warned that boy to stay away from her sister.

However, when the said boy told his elder brother about this matter, both groups entered into an argument in the Trombay area on Monday, in which accused Kaif Shah, Abdul Qadeer Kanan, Amin Shaikh, and a minor boy attacked Malik and his two friends with knives.

All three people were severely injured in this violent fight. After that, they were immediately admitted to a private hospital in the area. Unfortunately, Malik succumbed to his injury and was declared dead upon arrival. Meanwhile, the other two injured, Mohammad Arman and Haider Khan, are undergoing treatment in the hospital. In this case, Trombay police registered a case of murder and arrested all four accused.
