Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan Spotted Together Shooting, Embrace Monsoon Spirit in Mumbai
Mumbai, 17th July 2024: Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan were spotted together, presumably shooting for a project. Amitabh recently shared a heartwarming photo of himself holding an umbrella for Jaya as they left a set, amidst Mumbai’s torrential rains. He expressed concern for those affected by the monsoon season in Mumbai.
In a social media post, Amitabh shared a romantic picture of himself with Jaya, captioning it, “T 5074 – … and the rain it raineth every day .. even on set at work ..”
Reflecting on the impact of the monsoon, Amitabh wrote on his blog, “.. and the rain it raineth all day long .. on the work too .. umbrellas galore among all the artists as they wade through the waters .. and most of them enjoying the deed ..”
Acknowledging the dual nature of rains that provide relief from summer heat but also bring devastation, Bachchan added, “It is a blessing after the hot summer months .. but apart from the awaited agricultural benefits .. it brings devastation and floods, ruining the landscape and causing pain to those who suffer .. each year the scenario repeats itself .. sad .. helpless … it is difficult to describe the ruin caused .. but we pray that all gets well and for the wellness of all .. our prayers. Love, care, and wishes for calm ..”
In terms of his work, Amitabh Bachchan is currently celebrating the success of his recent film “Kalki 2898 AD”. He recently shared his gratitude, saying, “T 5062 – the essence of KALKI resounds within and without .. and my gracious gratitude.”
Looking ahead, the veteran actor will soon return to host the immensely popular Indian television quiz show, “Kaun Banega Crorepati”.
