FIR Registered Against Drone Operator for Violating Regulations During Munawar Faruqui’s Celebration in Mumbai

Mumbai, 31st January 2024: The Mumbai Police have registered an FIR against 26-year-old drone operator Arbaaz Yusuf Khan for allegedly violating regulations during the celebration of Munawar Faruqui’s victory in Bigg Boss 17 in Dongri, Mumbai. Arbaaz Yusuf Khan is accused of operating the drone without the necessary permissions, contravening directives issued by the Mumbai Police Commissioner.

The incident occurred after Munawar Faruqui clinched the title in Bigg Boss 17, receiving a warm welcome from a large crowd in Dongri, Mumbai. Videos capturing the celebration showed Munawar standing on the sunroof of his car, proudly displaying his trophy.

Constable Nitin Shinde, accompanied by PSI Tausif Mulla, observed the celebratory gathering during their patrol near Char Nal at 4:30 pm. Upon noticing the unauthorized use of a drone camera, Shinde promptly informed the police station. The subsequent investigation revealed Arbaaz Yusuf Khan operating the drone without the required authorization.

In the video footage, Munawar Faruqui can be seen expressing his gratitude to the crowd while standing on the sunroof of his car. The large gathering of fans eagerly interacted with him, attempting to shake hands, take pictures, and convey their greetings. Munawar, adorned in a grey T-shirt, beige jacket, and denim, thanked his supporters by folding his hands.

Munawar Faruqui, known for his connection to Dongri in Mumbai, acknowledged the tremendous support from the crowd. The local hero’s visit garnered immense admiration as fans eagerly witnessed his presence in the city.
