Bayroute presents Jashen-e-Shirin, a Festivity of Sweetness, a signature dessert platter that combines six Middle Eastern classics with a refined, contemporary touch. From the saffron-kissed richness of Zaffrani Milk Cake and the flaky, honey-soaked layers of Baklava to the decadent allure of Textures of Chocolate and the spiced sophistication of Speculoos Cheesecake, each creation is a nod to timeless craft.
