Mumbai: Gang Making And Selling Fake Certificates Of Class 10 And Class 12 Arrested

Chembur, 14th April 2023: Crime Branch officials arrested a gang from the Chembur area who were making fake certificates of class 10 and class 12 for Rs 2,000-5,000. Police seized certificate preparation materials and several fake certificates from the accused.

Crime Branch officials received information that some persons were selling fake certificates of class 10 and class 12 in the Kranti Nagar area of Shivdi. Accordingly, these officers laid a trap and detained both of them. The accused informed the police that these fake certificates were being prepared in the Washinaka area of Chembur.

Accordingly, the crime branch officers raided the house of Danish Khan (26), residing in Farrukh Lane, Chembur Vashi Naka. It was revealed that fake certificates were created using the computer.

It was revealed that the accused also prepared fake certificates of working in the company for Rs 2,000-5,000. Police arrested Hussain Chaudhary (26), Salman Khan (21), and Mohammad Faiz Shaikh (21), who worked there along with Danish. The police seized a large number of fake certificates from them.
