Mumbai: Mentally Unstable Man Arrested for Cutting Woman’s Hair on Dadar Railway Bridge
Mumbai, 8th January 2025: The Central Railway police swiftly arrested a mentally unstable man for allegedly cutting the hair of a 19-year-old woman on the Dadar railway bridge.
The incident occurred around 9:30 AM when the woman, en route to college, heard the sound of scissors. After walking a short distance, she noticed some hair on the ground and checked her own, realizing it had been cut. She immediately approached the police to file an FIR.
Following her complaint, the Central Railway police launched a search for the perpetrator. The man, who was found to be mentally unstable, was apprehended on January 7. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
