Mumbai: Mumbai University Extends Deadline For Admission Of Academic Year 2023-2024 To August 31
Mumbai, 29th August 2023: The Mumbai University has extended its deadline for admission under the academic year 2023–24 for postgraduate courses in the academic departments, recognised institutes, and affiliated colleges (excluding autonomous) for the Mumbai University. Earlier, August 13 was the deadline for admissions, which has now been extended to Thursday, August 31. All the students can now fill out their admission form on the website, http://muadmission.samarth.edu.
Dr. Prasad Karande, Director-in-Charge of the Examination and Evaluation Board of Mumbai University, said that this is the last chance for students to get admission to postgraduate courses, and no further extension will be given to anyone for any reason.
A video link has been provided on the website to explain the process from admission registration to application submission. For the first time, Mumbai University is implementing the ‘e-Samarth’ system for the admission process of postgraduate courses.
Under the academic year 2023–24, the admission process for the courses of ‘Science and Technology’, ‘Humanities’, Interdisciplinary, and ‘Commerce’ faculties at the post-graduate level is underway through the ‘e-Samarth’ system.
