Rajeev Shrivastava Takes Charge as General Manager of Central Railway

Mumbai, 13th April 2026: Rajeev Shrivastava has assumed charge as the General Manager of Central Railway.

An officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), 1990 batch, Shrivastava brings over 34 years of experience in the Indian Railways.

He holds an M.Tech degree in Structural Engineering and has served in multiple key roles across railway zones and public sector undertakings. His past assignments include postings with Northern Railway, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, North Central Railway, North Western Railway, and South Eastern Railway.

Before taking over the new role, he was serving as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) at North Western Railway.
