SS Rajamouli’s ‘Naatu Naatu’ From ‘RRR’ Wins Golden Globe
New Delhi, 11th January 2023: Today (January 23), director SS Rajamouli created history as the song “Naatu Naatu” from his movie, “RRR” received a Golden Globe for Best Original Song.
The ‘RRR’ table at the Golden Globes erupted in celebration as soon as the win was announced, and the film’s lead actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR joined Rajamouli in the celebration.
The award was accepted by renowned music director MM Keeravaani.
Actor Jr NTR said, “It can’t get any better than this. The West accepting us… America, the Mecca of filmmaking… here we are at the Globes. What more can an actor ask for? We are truly honored, truly honored.”
While Ran Charan said, “My knees still wobble talking about it today. It was a beautiful torture and look where it has got us.”
