Thane: A Terrific Accident On Mumbai-Nashik Highway: 4 People Died While 8 Are Injured In The Accident
Thane, 18th July 2023: A horrifying accident occurred today on the Mumbai-Nashik highway near Khadvali Phata, resulting in the complete destruction of a jeep involved in the collision with a speeding truck and the deaths of four people.
Eyewitnesses reported that the jeep, which was carrying passengers from Khadvali Phata, was attempting to cross the highway when it was suddenly hit by a speeding truck. The impact of the collision was so severe that the Jeep was thrown approximately 60 feet away from the point of impact.
In the aftermath of the tragic incident, four people tragically lost their lives on the spot, succumbing to the severity of the crash, and eight other passengers sustained severe injuries.
Local authorities and concerned citizens promptly responded to the scene of the accident, rushing to aid the victims. The injured were quickly taken to a nearby rural civic hospital in Padgha for urgent medical treatment.
Padgha Police authorities have launched an investigation into the accident to determine the cause of the collision and to ascertain any potential factors that contributed to the tragic event.
