70 Residents Evacuated After Gallery Slab Collapse in Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai, 5th August 2024: Approximately 70 residents of a five-story building in Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai, were evacuated late Saturday night following the collapse of a gallery slab, according to an official.
Two families have been relocated to a relief camp, while the remaining residents are being offered alternative accommodation. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and fire brigade personnel have since removed the debris.
