Pune: Sunetra Pawar, Family Pays Homage to Ajit Pawar at Crash Site Memorial on His Birth Anniversary
Baramati, 22nd July 2026: Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar, MP Parth Pawar and Jay Pawar, along with members of the Pawar family, paid floral tributes to late leader Ajitdada Pawar at his memorial near Baramati Airport on the occasion of his birth anniversary on Tuesday.
The memorial has been erected at the site where Ajit Pawar lost his life in a tragic aircraft accident.
The family offered wreaths and paid homage, recalling his dedication to public service, development and social welfare. They remembered his contribution to the state’s progress and his commitment to the welfare of the people.
Speaking on the occasion, those present paid tribute to Ajitdada Pawar’s legacy, describing his work in public service and development as an enduring inspiration. Pawar died in a plane accident at Baramati airport in January this year.
