Deputy Commissioner Of Police Akbar Pathan Appointed Again In Mumbai
Mumbai, 8th November 2022: Deputy Commissioner of Police Akbar Pathan, who was booked in the extortion case related to former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh, has been appointed again in Mumbai. On this appointment by the Shinde-Fadnavis government, discussions have started in Mumbai and the state police force.
In July 2021, the Marine Drive Police registered a case against Parambir Singh along with Deputy Commissioner of Police Akbar Pathan, Police Officers Srikant Shinde, Nandkumar Gopale, Sanjay Patil, Asha Korke, private individuals Sunil Jain and Sanjay Punmiya on the complaint of Shyamsunder Agarwal, a builder in Bhayander.
