Divisional Postal Dak Adalat to Address Service Complaints in Pune City West

Pune, 6th March 2024: In a proactive move to address and redress complaints related to postal services, a Divisional-level Postal Dak Adalat is scheduled to take place on 20/03/2024 at 11:00 a.m. The event will be held in the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City West Division, located at Lokmanyanager, Pune 411030.

The Postal Dak Adalat aims to resolve complaints and grievances concerning the postal services of Post Offices in specific areas, including Katraj-Dhankwadi, Sinhagad Road, Pune City, Ganeskhind, Deccan Gymkhana, and Kothrud, all falling under Pune City West Division.

Complaints that have not been resolved within the six-week timeframe will be entertained during the Adalat. To participate, individuals are required to submit one complaint per complainant, along with relevant information and a written application. It is essential to note that complaints that have already been decided and discussed in previous Postal Dak Adalats will not be entertained.
