The glittering lights and a chic ambience welcome you to the lavish and wholesome Iftar à la carte menu at Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s Mohammad Ali Road Food Festival at Jyran – Tandoor Dining & Lounge. Jyran, meaning ‘lost love’ in Persian, is a name symbolic of new beginnings and the menu is designed with celebration and drama in mind. A combination of 1,001 Arabian Nights and a Mughal palace, Jyran is a restaurant born from the imagination of designer Isabelle Miaja and her love affair with India. The interiors are complemented by intriguing influences from palace style windows and an imaginative blend of furnishings in an art-deco inspired dining area. An outdoor lounge offers al-fresco seating and is highlighted by a magnificent two-tonne elephant made of scrap metal set over a water-feature with bowls of fire.
