Fire Breaks Out in Mumbai’s Bandra Slum, Destroys 20 Hutments
Mumbai, 4th January 2025: A fire broke out in a slum area in Mumbai’s Bandra on Saturday afternoon.
The blaze, which started around 3 pm in Dyaneshwar Nagar, Bandra (East), destroyed 20 hutments.
Five fire engines and water tankers were quickly deployed to the scene, and fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
The fire, classified as Level-1 (minor), is currently being brought under control.
