Kshatriya Karni Sena Offers Rs 1.11 Crore Reward for Lawrence Bishnoi’s Encounter

New Delhi, 22nd October 2024: The Kshatriya Karni Sena has announced a reward for the encounter of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, whose gang recently claimed responsibility for the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique in Mumbai. Raj Shekhawat, the national president of the Kshatriya Karni Sena, declared in a video that a reward of ₹1,11,11,111 would be given to any police officer who eliminates Lawrence Bishnoi.

Shekhawat stressed that the reward is intended to ensure the safety and security of police personnel involved in the encounter. He also criticized the central government and the Gujarat administration for failing to curb Bishnoi’s ongoing criminal activities.

Lawrence Bishnoi is currently imprisoned in Gujarat’s Sabarmati Jail, facing charges related to cross-border drug trafficking. He had previously been implicated in a shooting outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Mumbai in April, but the Mumbai Police were unable to take him into custody at that time.

In a video shared on social media, Shekhawat referred to Bishnoi as the “killer of our precious gem and heritage, Amar Shaheed Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi.”

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, a prominent leader of the Karni Sena, was murdered by unidentified assailants on December 5, 2023, in Jaipur. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the killing shortly after it occurred.

Despite Bishnoi’s imprisonment, his criminal organization continues to operate across India. The gang has also claimed responsibility for the murder of Baba Siddique and the earlier shooting incident outside Salman Khan’s residence.

In September 2023, the gang was linked to the assassination of Khalistani sympathizer Sukha Duneke. Gang members have also allegedly carried out shootings near the homes of AP Dhillon and Gippy Grewal in Canada.

Bishnoi’s gang reportedly targeted Baba Siddique due to his connections with underworld figure Dawood Ibrahim and his close relationship with Salman Khan. The actor and his family have faced multiple death threats from Bishnoi over the years, resulting in heightened security measures following Siddique’s murder.
