Major Accident Due To Bridge Collapse In Chandrapur, Four Injured

Chandrapur, 27th November 2022: In Maharashtra’s Chandrapur, a major accident took place on Sunday due to the collapse of an overbridge. A portion of the overbridge at Balharshah railway junction in Chandrapur district collapsed, injuring four people. Many people fell on the tracks from a height of 60 feet due to the collapse Of the bridge. Many passengers are also feared to be badly injured in this accident. However, there is no information about any casualties in this accident, news agency ANI has given this information.

 

CPRO’s Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO CR) Shivaji Sutar stated that the incident took place around 5.10 pm today. All the injured have been admitted to the hospital after first aid. He said, “A slab of the overbridge at Balharshah junction of Nagpur division collapsed at around 5.10 pm today. Four people were injured in the incident, and all have been admitted to Civil Hospital after first aid.” There is no information about any casualties in this incident.
