Mumbai’s Metro 1 Introduces WhatsApp Service for Customer Complaints

Mumbai, 1st May 2023: Mumbai’s Ghatkopar-Andheri-Versova Metro 1 has launched a new service allowing passengers to register complaints about the service on WhatsApp.

The WhatsApp number to send complaints is 9930310900, and Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL) will address each complaint within 72 hours of receiving it. This service was introduced by MMOPL to mark Maharashtra Day and is part of their effort to improve customer service for metro passengers.

MMOPL has taken several steps to make travelling on the metro more convenient for passengers, including setting up customer service counters at each station. The company is also addressing passenger queries, problems, and complaints via email and social media. With the addition of the new WhatsApp complaint service, passengers can now easily register any issues they encounter while using the Metro 1 service.
