Pune: Know Toll-Free Helplines For Citizens To Report Violations Of Model Code Of Conduct Breaches

Pune, 16th March 2024: In response to the commencement of Lok Sabha elections and the immediate enforcement of the Election Model Code of Conduct (MCC), the district election administration in Pune has established toll-free phone numbers for reporting violations of the code of conduct.

District Collector Suhas Diwase has appealed to the citizens to reach out to the control room via toll-free numbers 18002330102 and 1950 if they witness any breaches of the code of conduct. Complaints lodged through these channels will be promptly addressed by the dedicated cell, operational round the clock with appointed personnel.

The district administration has assured that swift action will be taken by flying squads in response to complaints received through the control room, ensuring the integrity and fairness of the electoral process.
