Sukesh Chandrashekhar And Jacqueline Fernandez Come Face-To-Face In Court In Case Related To Fraud

Delhi, 20th December 2022: Sukesh Chandrasekhar and Jacqueline Fernandez were present during the hearing in Delhi’s Patiala House Court in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case.

In this case, the court has directed the ED (Directorate of Enforcement) to take possession of 26 cars attached to Chandrasekhar and his wife, Leena Maria. Chandrasekhar has alleged in the court that the jail administration is putting pressure on him to write letters against Kejriwal.

The hearing on framing of charges has been adjourned till 6th January 2023. As Jacqueline Fernandez had sought permission to visit Bahrain from 23rd December to 5th January, the hearing will be held on 22nd December.

Along with Fernandez, her lawyers Prashant Patil and Shakti Pandey also reached the court. Earlier, on 12th December, Jacqueline Fernandez appeared in the Patiala House Court in this case. During that time, the hearing of the case was adjourned till 20th December.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s name is also involved in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The actress is alleged to have taken expensive gifts from the accused. The ED and Delhi Police are probing the matter.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is accused of taking a horse worth Rs 52 lakh as a gift from Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Apart from this, including a Persian cat worth nine lakh, gifts worth Rs 10 crore were given to the actress. In this case, the noose of the investigating agency is getting tightened on the actress. The name of dancer and actress Nora Fatehi has also been included in this case.
