Urfi Javed Summoned By Mumbai Police After BJP’s Chitra Wagh Lodges Complaint Citing Public Nudity
Mumbai, 14th January 2023: After BJP activist Chitra Wagh filed a complaint against Urfi Javed a few days ago, Urfi was summoned by the Mumbai Police for “displaying body in public.”
Urfi will appear before the Amboli police on Saturday, according to India Today.
Wagh had charged Urfi with encouraging nudity and obscenity on Mumbai’s streets.

Urfi Javed and Chitra Wagh got into a verbal fight when the latter criticized the actress’ attire. Rupali Chakankar, the head of the state women’s commission, apparently received a complaint from Wagh, but she turned it down.
Later, Wagh reported the incident to the police, where she also voiced disdain at their inaction and threatened serious punishment against the woman for her lewd attire.
Nitin Satpute, the actress’s attorney, filed a complaint on her behalf on Friday, accusing Wagh of intimidating and threatening her in public.
