Maharashtra ATS Arrests One More PFI Member
Mumbai, 26th September 2022:
The Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS), Maharashtra had registered four
FIRs on September 22 against members of Popular Front of India (PFI) for carrying out
unlawful activities. Subsequently 20 accused were arrested from different
parts of Maharashtra.
Today, ATS Maharashtra has arrested one accused namely
Mohammad Abed Ali Mohammad Mehboob Ali (40), a resident of Nanded, in ATS, C.R.
No. 22/2022, U/sec. 121(A), 153(A), 109, 120(B) of I.P.C r/w Sec.
13(1)(B) of Unlawful activities (Prevention) Act.
The arrested accused will be produced before the court on Tuesday (tomorrow).
