14-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted By 55-Year-Old Headmaster
Mumbai, 23rd January 2023: Nagpada police have registered a case against a 55-year-old headmaster for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. Allegedly, the accused headmaster sexually assaulted the girl by threatening to reveal her relationship at home. Police are investigating further in this matter.
The victim girl was threatened by the accused in December 2022. The accused touched her indecently and threatened to tell her mother about her relationship with a boy. It has also been said in the complaint that he sexually assaulted her. Preliminary information is that the crime took place between 28th December 2022 and 20th January 2023.
After the victim girl told her mother about this incident, the girl’s mother lodged a complaint with the Nagpada police on Sunday. Accordingly, the police registered a case under the Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Act, including sexual abuse, molestation, and intimidation. According to the complaint, the incident took place in the principal’s office. Police are investigating further in this regard.
