Panvel: Father Rapes And Impregnates Minor Daughter
Panvel, 15th February 2023: In Khandeshwar Colony, a father raped his daughter, impregnating her. The victim girl’s mother has registered a case against the father with the police regarding this incident. The 14-year-old victim’s mother came to know about it when she became two months pregnant after being raped by her father four months ago.
In the complaint, the mother said that the girl went to the father to fetch money for expenses at Nigahe Karam, a mutton-selling shop in Navin Panvel. The victim was silent for several days as the father threatened to kill the victim and her mother. Finally, after complaining about her condition, the mother became suspicious and took her to the doctor. She underwent various tests there. After the inspection report, the mother rushed to the police.
Police Inspector (Crime) Vaishali Galande is investigating this sensitive incident. Police Inspector Galande of Khandeshwar Police Station has registered a case against the suspected accused under the Prevention of Rape and Child Sexual Exploitation Act.
