All Cases Against Ketki Chitale And Nikhil Bhamre Will Be Combined; High Court Granted Relief

Mumbai, 23rd August 2022: The cases filed across the state against actress Ketki Chitale and student Nikhil Bhamre, who faced legal action after posting offensive content on social media about Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president Sharad Pawar, will be consolidated.

The High Court accepted the demand made by the duo on Monday (August 22). 22 cases have been registered against Ketki, while six cases have been registered against Bhamre.

Both Ketki and Bhamre had demanded that their arrest be declared illegal. They also demanded compensation. The court has ordered the state government and the complainants in the cases to clarify their position in this regard.

The first case was registered against Ketki in Kalwa police, while the first case was registered against Bhamre in Naupada police station. As per the court orders, all the crimes will now be linked with the crimes of this police station.
