All Efforts by Government For Industrial Development of Maharashtra State: CM Eknath Shinde

Aurangabad, 31st July 2022: The role of industry is important in the development of the state and the government is making all efforts for industrial development. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde assured here today that all efforts will be made so that this development is beneficial to the common man.

     The Chief Minister was speaking at the inauguration of the State level Trade Conference organized by the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture. The conference was organized on the topic of participation of the business sector in the development of Maharashtra. Union Minister of State for Railways Raosaheb Danve, MLA Abdul Sattar, entrepreneurs Umesh Dashrathi, Prafulla Malani, Satyanarayan Lahoti, Ghanshyam Goyal, Lalit Gandhi along with presidents of various business federations of the state, entrepreneurs were present during the event.

Stating that the government is trying to create employment in the state through international investment in industry, Chief Minister Shinde said, since real estate is a big business after agriculture, all efforts are being made by the state government in that regard to make convenient changes in the industrial policy. The entrepreneurs working for the Dream India Project are patriotic in a sense. Very useful transportation facilities are being made available through railway projects and the Samriddhi Highway which will take the last elements of the society towards development through the industry. This includes an ambitious project in the state that will connect the state from one end to the other by a highway, and it will be greatly helpful in the industrial development of the state, Shinde said.

For the development of the Aurangabad area, the government is providing infrastructure such as Samriddhi Highway, a dynamic transportation system, electricity, water, land etc. Agricultural supplementary industries are also being promoted which can be helpful for development, for this the government is making various efforts to encourage supplementary businesses along with providing irrigation facilities on a priority basis.

Shinde also said that the government has a positive role to improve the standard of living of common citizens including farmers, labour, entrepreneurs, and traders. The programme was well attended by various dignitaries from the industrial and trade sectors.
