Maharashtra Force One Chief IPS Krishna Prakash Achieves Remarkable Feat, Conquers Comrades Marathon

Mumbai, 12th June 2023: Maharashtra Force One Chief IPS Krishna Prakash has successfully completed the grueling Comrades Marathon. The Comrades Marathon, known as the world’s largest and oldest ultramarathon race, covers a staggering distance of approximately 89 kilometers (55 miles) between Durban and Pietermaritzburg in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa.

IPS officer Krishna Prakash, renowned for his extraordinary athletic abilities, has previously conquered both the Iron Man and Ultra Man events, making him the first Civil Servant to achieve such feats. With his latest achievement, he adds another milestone to his illustrious career, becoming the first Indian Civil Servant to complete the arduous Comrades Ultra Marathon.

After his awe-inspiring accomplishment, Krishna Prakash will be welcomed back to India with a grand reception. His arrival is scheduled at Terminal 2 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai on Tuesday, June 13th, at 2 pm.
