Maharashtra players Undre to meet Mane in boys finals at Ramesh Desai Memorial under 12 Sub-Junior Tennis Nationals
Mumbai, 17 February 2023: Maharashtra players Smit Undre will meet Rishikesh Mane will clash on the Boys finals at the 13th edition of the Ramesh Desai Memorial Junior Tennis Nationals for Boys and Girls under 12 which will be hosted by the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at the GA Ranade Tennis complex.
Karthika Padmakumar of Karnataka and Shravya Soundarya Numburi Tamil Nadu will clash in the girls finals . Both won the doubles title together. In the boys singles semifinals third seeded Smit Undre struggled before stopping the giant killing run of. Rishav Prasad of West Bengal 7-5, 1-6, 6-2 , Undre will take on seventh seed Rishikesh Mane who Outplayed Chandogya Pathak of Assam 6-3, 6-2
In the Boys Doubles Final Vivaan Mirdha of Rajasthan and Anay Pandey of Uttar Pradesh scored a 6-4,6-3 win over Maharashtra pair of Smit Undre and Namish Hood to win the title. Karthika Padmakumar and Shravya Soundarya Numburi the top seeds scored a 6-4,6-1 win over second seeds Niesha Enja and Srishti Kiran to win the girls title.
Doubles Winner and Runner Up got trophies and certificates. prizes were given away at the hands of brand manager of enerzal Mr. Regan Rodriguez and Tournament Directer Mr. Manoj Vaidya.
