Mihir Kotecha of BJP Engages Mumbai North East Residents in Parks and Gardens Campaign

Mumbai, 11th April 2024: In Mumbai North East, BJP’s Mihir Kotecha is actively engaging with the public by campaigning in parks and gardens every day. He recently visited Lions Garden at Tilak Road, Ghatkopar (W), Dr Hedgewar Garden at Nath Pai Nagar, and Joggers Park in Ghatkopar (E). During these visits, Kotecha interacted with people of all age groups, discussing various issues such as traffic, open spaces, and civic amenities. He emphasized the importance of open spaces for a good quality of life and pledged to develop more open spaces in North East Mumbai, revamp existing ones, and create new gardens and parks in all localities.

Kotecha also mentioned that people expressed their support and affection for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his vision for a developed India. They promised to stand behind Modi’s vision through Kotecha and offered their blessings and support.

In North West Mumbai, Shiv Sena’s Amol Kirtikar engaged with voters at Juhu beach, interacting with morning walkers, and joggers, and even joining an aerobic group for some fun activities. He had insightful conversations with senior citizens, valuing their advice.

Morning walk campaigns provide an opportunity to connect with a diverse range of individuals, including fitness enthusiasts, the elderly, and women, before the summer heat sets in and people retreat indoors or head to work. Citizen groups are advocating for more open spaces and better maintenance of existing ones, as the BMC has yet to implement a comprehensive open spaces policy for nearly five years.
