Mumbai: Seven Children Of School With Blind Students Hospitalised After Food Poisoning

Mumbai, 7th March 2023: Students of a school for blind children in Taddeo got food poisoning on Tuesday. Some children started vomiting, and some children started suffering from stomachaches. As a result, seven students had to be admitted to the hospital. Two of them are also suffering from fever.

Children of Victoria Memorial Andha Vidyalaya in Taddev locality had food poisoning on Tuesday. The children started vomiting around 1 pm on Tuesday. Some children started having stomach aches. Seven children were admitted to Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s Nair Hospital due to severe reactions. Two of the seven children are under the age of 12. Two children also developed vomiting and fever. The hospital administration said that the condition of these children is stable. One child is 18 years old, one is 17, two are 14, two are 11, and one is 15 years old.
