Mumbai, 3rd January 2023: A single permanent registration has been initiated for the Mumbai Division of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). By registering once, one can apply for any board through that number. Registration will start on Thursday, 5th January.
A new computerized system has been created by changing the MHADA lottery process. Now the entire process of the draw has been done online. The necessary documents have to be submitted while filling out the application form. Eligibility will be determined by scrutinizing the documents before this draw. Only eligible applicants can participate in the draw. Therefore, the winner of the draw will be given possession of the house immediately.
Now only one permanent registration has to be done for the MHADA house. Anyone interested can register now. One can apply after the announcement of the draw for which they want to apply. A senior officer in MHADA informed that the registration will start on Thursday. MHADA Vice President Anil Diggikar has confirmed this.
Registration will begin on Thursday, 5th January, at 11:00 a.m. with a single-standing registration. As per the new change, aspirants will have to submit their PAN card and Aadhaar card along with income proof and residence proof while registering. Aspirants belonging to social and other reserved groups have to submit a relevant certificate.
