Mumbai: Varun Dhawan and Family Buy Two Luxury Apartments in Juhu for Rs 86.92 Crore
Mumbai, 9th January 2025: Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family have acquired two luxurious apartments in Mumbai’s Juhu area, totalling ₹86.92 crores, according to property registration documents.
Varun, along with his wife Natasha Dhawan, purchased the first apartment on the 7th floor of an under-construction building named Twenty for ₹44.52 crore. The 5,112 sq ft apartment, registered on January 3, includes four car parking spaces, with the per-square-foot price exceeding ₹87,000.
In a separate deal, Varun, along with his mother Karuna Dhawan, bought a second apartment on the 6th floor of the same building for ₹42.40 crore. The 4,617 sq ft apartment also comes with four car parking spaces.
The project’s completion is expected by May 31, 2025, as per the MahaRERA website. D’Decor Exports Private Limited, the developer of the building, confirmed the transactions.
The two apartments combined offer a total carpet area of 9,730 sq ft, with a total value of ₹86.92 crore reflecting the luxury and exclusivity of the property.
Varun Dhawan recently made headlines after Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda, spoke about comparisons between Varun and her husband. Sunita expressed confusion over why such comparisons are being made and mentioned that Varun might feel uncomfortable with these comparisons to Govinda and actor Salman Khan.
Varun Dhawan was recently seen in the film Baby John alongside Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, and Wamiqa Gabbi, and is also set to star with Janhvi Kapoor in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.
